Texas Monday Vol. 13a: Blackbird Farm: Part 1

On Thursday my mom and a family friend, Sandi, flew into Houston for the weekend and the race. Thursday night we went to my uncle’s farm outside out Houston to get a taste of Texas Ranch Life. Due to the amount of pictures, I’m breaking this up into a few posts. The first post: The Buildings!

Blackbird Farm consists of 6 buildings (at this point). The ‘Guesthouse’, where my aunt and uncle live; the Studio (they are both artists); 2 guest cottages; a cabin house for their granddaughter; and Herring Hall.

I’ll get pictures up of the rest of our trip later today or tomorrow!
